How does the process begin?

Start with a project inquiry. We assess the garment, discuss the redesign or alteration, then confirm the scope and quote before any work begins.

Do you offer fitting appointments?

Yes, fitting appointments are available by appointment in Saint-Herblain. We work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00, with Saturday available by appointment.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

We offer garment redesign consultation, dress and skirt remodelling, shirt and jacket restyling, vintage-garment fit updates, and fabric-reuse accessory projects.

When do you confirm the quote?

A final price is only confirmed after the garment, fabric, condition, and requested fit have been reviewed. Supplementary materials are quoted separately when needed.

Is there a final check at collection?

Yes. We can check the fit or finish again at collection and handle a small final adjustment if needed, while keeping the agreed design.
